Homey and perfect hotel with a pleasant view out of town. Nice room, large bathroom.- Comfortable base for discovering Lockerbie.- Thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable area.- Beautiful restaurant with good food.- Honestly, nothing too much trouble. 

Great location, right across from a helpful staff area and brand-new rooms, along with amazing savory food quality.

Beautiful ambience, great location in the green, Lockerbie was easy to reach with a long walk. Big room, feels like a castle. Very friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant. Big parking lot. Easy to reach from 

The staff was hard-working and professional. I booked a nice size room complete with a terrace and a patio plus incredible views.- The food was good.- The location was convenient and unbeatable.- I enjoyed the stay here

Bed was too small for a double bed. In the bathroom there was a bracket loose in the wall.

The food was delicious with a wide selection, the rooms were newly renovated and comfortable, and the hotel's location across from a pleasant staff area was delightful.

We particularly liked the evening meals. Well presented, well cooked and tasty. We were traveling north and we booked and stayed a second night on our return journey south.

As functions were taking place we had to walk through the function room to get to our own room (this happened on both of our visits). We could not open our patio door on our second visit, in room 20 the door had been sealed because of a previous lock breakage. As it was quite warm we would have liked to have been able to open the door.

The staff was attentive and flexible, offering wake-up service and ironing free of charge. The location was stunning, close to England, Scotland, the Highlands, and the lounge.- It was only a 10-minute drive to Lockerbie Ice Rink. 

The hotel is homely and fairly clean, has pleasant views across the garden and the hills beyond. The personnel is pleasant and the rooms are airy. The location is beautiful and good, so close to the gardens, landmarks

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with good facilities and useful patio area; spacious, comfortable bed; pleasant grounds with good views. Service always pleasant. Excellent whisky selection.

Unchanging dinner menu somewhat limiting (and a bit pricey); beer and wine selection below par. Motorway noise.

This place is tucked away in a peaceful spot, and it has a lovely view of fields and cows from the lounge area.

The secluded location here was fantastic, and our room had all the modern amenities like a TV, ironing facilities, and a study desk making our stay enjoyable and we look forward to returning.
